Our team will help with general fundraising activities, support your leadership with guidance and expert advice while establishing a path for sustained growth.  We ask for  a minimum of three months so that we can work together effectively.

Why you exist today, may be different from why you started.  Our team will interview your board members and other stakeholders to answer some probing questions around current programming.  Our team will look at other similar organizations and compile a document that can be used for marketing and fundraising purposes answering that very important question - So What!?

Our team will interview your board members, meet with staff and other key stakeholders, review past strategic plans and other goals as well as evaluate board composition and readiness.  This is concluded with a four hour board training session and written report. Includes 3 month subscription to our planning software.

This six to eight week engagement will include a full assessment of your last five years of fundraising, a deep dive into your donor behavior and analytics as well as a 18 month strategic fundraising plan to move forward.  We will also interview key stakeholders to reframe your case for support.
